Privacy Policy for Stamp Loyalty

 “U-POINT LOYALTY PROGRAM” USER AGREEMENT

Definition:

• • U-Point loyalty program is referred to give extra bonuses and incentives to their loyal customers from the national manufacturers and service providers which contracted to U-Point Loyalty program
• • “Merchant company” is referred to national manufacturers and service providers which contracted to U-Point Loyalty program for caring their customers with discount and incentives using U-Point loyalty program
• • U-Point оноо is reward point from every service and purchase equals to contracted percentage of merchant company and available to redeem on your next business.
• • Becoming customer means agreed the user agreement and someone who did not decline it in 14 days.

REMARK:

• • Only customer who agreed the user agreement and policy is eligible.a
• • United alliance LLC is eligible to change the main policy, user agreement but customers who are agreed user agreement once where follow all the changes. Every change will be informed by U-Point application and www.upoint.mn.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Earn or/and redeem U-Point

1. 1.1. U-Point application, www.upoint.mn and U-Point card are the parts of the U-Point loyalty program and property of the United alliance LLC, U-Point card going to owned by customer
2. 1.2. Agreement will be legit after purchasing U-Point card and/or registered along required information from United alliance LLC in U-Point application.
3. 1.3. If customer who already owned one of the merchant’s loyalty card purchases a U-Point card can be earn or redeem U-Point at any U-Point merchant company.
4. 1.4. Below are the compounds to earn/redeem U-Point
   1.4.1 U-Point card
   1.4.2 U-Point application
   1.4.3 Phone number (earn only on most merchants) 
5. 1.5. U-Point application gives you following opportunities; earn/redeem U-Point, history, checking balance, coupons and more information.
6. 1.6. When customer use U-Point, four-digit PIN is main authenticator. If you registered on the application, you could create your own PIN. When you bought U-Point card, PIN will be send to your registered phone number.
7. 1.7. When customer redeem U-Point on any merchant 1 U-Point equals to 1 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik) and redeem point must below 50% of the total price.
8. 1.8. You can redeem U-Point 100% over application or message services.
9. 1.9. Product point will be added if you purchase merchant products from supermarkets, convenient stores, malls which are U-Point merchant companies.
10. 2. Customer information
11. 2.1 All the information listed below are requested from United Alliance LLC is the justification that you can earn and/or redeem U-Point, suggesting products and services, improvement of U-Point loyalty program and merchant companies. And covered by information security policy. 
1. 2.1.1 Name, Surname, Register Number are proof that you are the U-Point owner
2. 2.1.2 Phone number is used to login to your U-Point application, get information from customer service and getting PIN number by message service.
12. 2.2 Customer information can be transferred to merchant companies to improve products, development, and other extra bonuses.
13. 2.3 In accordance with law, United alliance LLC will provide requested information to legislative power; including customer information, service, discount etc.
14. 3. Responsibility of Information security;

3.1 All the responsibility is related to United Alliance LLC to secure any information and data due to Information security policy.

3.2 As a customer who will be responsible to secure his/her own information. If it is violated United alliance LLC is would not liable.

3.3 Customers tell PIN to third-party is prohibited.

3.4 Customer must change registered phone number in U-Point application if customer trade or change phone number.

3.5 It is illegible that some one who are not owner of the U-Point card or application.

3.6 In case of lost U-Point card or smart phone customer shall call 77774422 to block registered U-Point account to prevent to use other person.

1. 4. Non-Guaranteed

4.1 United Alliance LLC do not have right to false advertisement. It is responsibility of merchant company which published the advertisement.

4.2 United alliance LLC in not responsible to damage to property or health problems after usage of product with U-Point.

4.3 United alliance LLC is not responsible to false registration

1. 5. Prohibition

5.1 U-Point card is for personal loyalty usage not for trading, exchange to money etc.

5.2 It is illegal to decrypt and modify U-Point card and U-Point application.

1. 6. Service fee

6.1 Service fee will be charged if you use your U-Point card or U-Point application on any merchant companies between dates 25^th of each month.

     Customer fee – 300 U-Point 

     Collective group – 500 U-Point
